Hake roll
A roll that is made very quickly, it is decorative and a bit unusual!
Preparation steps
- Boil the hake in water for a few minutes / I used fillets, maybe whole, but then you have to clean it from the skin and bones /.
- Strain the cooked hake with a fork.
- Separately beat eggs, add sour cream. Add fish, spices as desired and to taste.
- Lubricate the mold well / I used a commissbrot mold / and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Pour the prepared mass and bake for about 30 minutes at a moderate temperature.
- Transfer the cooled roll to a tray, coat with mayonnaise and decorate.
