Hake in beer
Hake has been prepared in this way in my family for a long time, so it has already become traditional! Juicy and refreshing fish, and a side dish of boiled potatoes and lettuce.
Preparation steps
- Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the hake into pieces. Onions, pickles and lemon rings. Finely chop the parsley leaf.
- Add salt to the hake and roll it in hot flour.
- Fry in oil.
- Immediately place the roast on a deep baking sheet.
- Saute onion in oil.
- Once the onion has become glassy, add 2 dcl of beer and stir everything.
- Drizzle the roasted hake with the onion and all the liquid.
- Add chopped pickles to the roasted hake and onion.
- Well, lay out the sliced lemon on the rolls.
- Mix 2 dcl of sour cream and 2 dcl of beer with a whisk.
- Well, pour this mixture over the already prepared hake covered with onion, cucumber and lemon. Sprinkle everything with chopped parsley leaves, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and lettuce.
