Hake fish with spring rice
Very healthy and very tasty, and you won't get very tired (sometimes that's the most important thing to me…)
Preparation steps
- Wash the hake, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with Vegeta, pepper, lemon juice, chopped parsley and oil. Leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
- Put a soup cube and a little oil in the sherpa and wait for it to boil. Put rice in boiling water and let it cook for about 15 minutes. In a deep frying pan with a little oil, fry the vegetables in the following order: all the onions, garlic, carrots, peppers, green beans, biju, tomatoes and parsley. If necessary, add water where the rice is cooked. When the vegetables turn yellow, add tomato sauce, lemon juice, a little sugar, Vegeta, pepper, salt and finally cooked rice. Leave for 15 minutes to simmer.
- Meanwhile, put the hake on the heated oil to fry. Turn them only twice, meaning one on each side. Serve the fish with warm rice and lettuce.
Serving
Sprinkle with a little lemon juice before serving.
