Preparation steps

  • The procedure is the same as for Viennese steaks: season the meat to taste, then bread it (first flour, then eggs, then pretzels). Fry.
  • When all the steaks are ready, return them to the pan, pour the white wine, put the chopped garlic and primrose and simmer over medium heat until the wine evaporates.

Serving
