Gu-gu cookies
Once upon a time, this was a recipe for pigeons, but I changed the basic recipe and since my children were small, they called them gu-gu cakes and I called them that.
Preparation steps
- From the listed ingredients, knead a smooth dough
- Form balls and arrange in a tray lined with paper
- Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the cookies
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180`C
- While still warm, sprinkle the powder with sugar

If you keep them in an adequate box, these cakes can stand for a long, long time
