Preparation steps

  • Boil the milk and add the semolina. Stirring, cook for another 6-7 minutes on low heat.
  • When it is ready to cool to be lukewarm, add fruit yoghurt and mix well.

Serving

You can choose any fruit yogurt or plain yogurt and grate or mix the fruit yourself. Personally, I avoid strawberry or wild fruit yogurts because of allergies.
