Grits with cherries
Great, quick dessert.
Preparation steps
- Mix the milk with the semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar and put it to cook all the time with a wire whisk until it starts to thicken, about 5-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and immediately distribute the mixture in 2-3 bowls in which you will serve.
- Mix the cherries with the juice, sugar and density and put on the fire and cook all the time stirring to thicken, do not cook for long until bubbles start to appear. Spread the mixture over the semolina. It is great and warm even when it cools down.
