Preparation steps

  • Pour oil into a bowl and heat
  • Add semolina to slightly change color
  • Add grated celery
  • Stir
  • Lightly add boiled water and mix (semolina thickens quickly, so be careful not to form lumps)

  • Add spices
  • Add the rest of the water to a satisfactory density
  • Finally add the chopped celery leaves

Serving

You can add more semolina and celery for a thicker cream soup, but then add a tablespoon of oil more! The soup can be mixed to be really creamy! Then the preparation is longer. It doesn't have to be fasting - a spoonful of sour cream can be added to the plate! Cheers to you my dears!
