Grits of semolina and celery

Preparation steps
- Pour oil into a bowl and heat
- Add semolina to slightly change color
- Add grated celery
- Stir
- Lightly add boiled water and mix (semolina thickens quickly, so be careful not to form lumps)
- Wait to throw one key
- Add spices
- Add the rest of the water to a satisfactory density
- Finally add the chopped celery leaves
Serving
You can add more semolina and celery for a thicker cream soup, but then add a tablespoon of oil more! The soup can be mixed to be really creamy! Then the preparation is longer. It doesn't have to be fasting - a spoonful of sour cream can be added to the plate! Cheers to you my dears!
