Preparation steps

  • Beat egg salt, oil and parsley
  • Add semolina spoon by spoon and stir
  • Let the semolina swell for a while (see if it's too thin)
  • Add a little more semolina if needed (but be careful)
  • They should be a little thicker than liquid (like donut dough)
  • Cook them with a small spoon or a large spoon to taste, in boiling soup (dip it and the dough will just fall off)
  • Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes

Serving

To taste, of course if you have, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of ground mushrooms….
