Grits are tahini
Always a good alva.
Preparation steps
- Put milk, sugar, vanilla and half a lemon peel to heat. When it boils, remove from the side.
- Put butter in a cooking pot to melt, then add the crushed tahini alva and stir to combine both mixtures. Add semolina and 3 tablespoons of ground almonds and bake for 3-4 minutes, then pour over the milk from which you removed the lemon peel. Stir while mixing thickens and begins to separate from the vessel.
- Sprinkle the muffin tins with ground almonds and then fill and flatten each with a spoon. Allow to cool and set. Then turn the mold over and remove the alva.
- Serve with almonds that you have previously peeled.
