Grit noklice
Completely different from the others :)
Preparation steps
- Boil the milk with salt and pepper. Stir in the semolina and bring to the boil. Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley leaf and nutmeg and stir. Beat the egg briefly with a fork and add it to the warm semolina and mix well.
- Leave the mixture to cool a bit and shape the noodles with two teaspoons and put them in the soup that is cooking gently. Cook them for 5 '
Serving
The nails are slightly aromatic, soft and do not disintegrate at all. If desired, you can increase the amount of spices or make without them.
