Grill hake in aromatic crust

Hake baked in punk crumbs, grated cheese and basil and parsley leaves will taste perfect, and lemon drops will make this simple dish even tastier.

Preparation steps

  • Pour marinade over the hake fillets and let them stand for about 30 minutes.
  • Add grated cheese, chopped parsley and basil, garlic granules to the panko crumbs and mix well. Drizzle them with olive oil and mix well again.
  • Put marinated hake in the prepared mixture and coat it well with crumbs.
  • Bake the fillets prepared in this way in a well-heated grill pan on both sides until nicely golden.

Serving

Serve with lemon slices and side dish as desired.

Advice

This way you can also prepare whole fish, not just fillets. If you use whole fish, it is good to cut it in 2-3 places, depending on the size of the fish, slightly diagonally so that the marinade penetrates better into the fish and gives it a fuller taste.
