Griliaz cake
Whenever I make a grilias from orange peel, I make more than one cake, so I pour the beaten grilias into a jar and I have it at my disposal at all times.
Preparation steps
- Make the butter well with powdered sugar / Do this with a mixer until the sugar melts /.
- Mix the ground biscuits, walnuts and griliaz, then add to the whipped butter.
- Mix all this well into a soft dough / if your dough is hard and crumbling, add a little warm milk / and stretch the crust to a thickness of about 1 cm. Take out the cakes with the form for small cakes / I worked with a circular mold /. Leave to dry a bit / about 1-2 hours in the refrigerator /.
- Melt the milk chocolate with a little oil and dip each cake and let the chocolate set. Decorate with dark chocolate.
Serving
And this is a cake in which the baked sugar is in the first pan when it tastes. Crispy and fragrant, mixed with the smell of orange. But it doesn't have to be done with ordinary griliasis.
