"Green" pizza
Why wouldn't pizza have its healthier green variant? ...
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough first of all the listed ingredients. Dissolve the germ in warm milk, mix all types of flour, seeds and salt, then add the spinach and melted germ and knead. When done, coat a little with olive oil (so that no crust is formed) and let it stand. I kneaded the dough the day before and left the dough in the fridge covered with cling film until tomorrow. The dough will turn out enough for 2 large pizzas.
- For the filling, first prepare the sauce. Saute finely chopped onion and a little bacon in a little olive oil if you have opted for the less light variant. Add sliced peeled tomatoes with juice, mashed tomatoes and spices. Add salt and pepper and boil briefly.
- Spread the sauce over the rolled dough. Place zucchini and champignons cut into thin slices and sweet corn on top. Add a little salt and pepper. Grate mozzarella and a little parmesan on it and add a couple more black and green olives and that’s it!
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- And don't tell your family that there is no meat in this pizza :)
- Tried notsoevil in its booogat cheezy variant :)
Serving
You can use this type of dough for any type of pizza or calsone. I believe you will like the look.
