Green bread salad "Pancanela"
The possibilities of preparing salads are unlimited! Someone once said that spices “dress up” salads! This salad is “dressed” in a sumptuous spice combination!
Preparation steps
- Pour water over the bread and let it soften for ten minutes
- Drain it and break into pieces
- and place in salad bowls.
- Cut the tomato into slices and add it to the breadcrumbs
- Cut the green beans to a length of 2 cm
- and celery and spring onions on the leaves
- so add everything to the salad.
- Mix well in a separate bowl
- oil and lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and pepper,
- so pour over the salad.
- Stir the salad lightly!
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and grilled mushrooms.
- ps It would be ideal to leave the salad covered for about fifteen minutes for the flavors to mix.
