Preparation steps

  • Pour water over the bread and let it soften for ten minutes
  • Drain it and break into pieces
  • and place in salad bowls.

  • Cut the green beans to a length of 2 cm
  • and celery and spring onions on the leaves
  • so add everything to the salad.
  • Mix well in a separate bowl
  • oil and lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and pepper,
  • so pour over the salad.
  • Stir the salad lightly!
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and grilled mushrooms.
  • ps It would be ideal to leave the salad covered for about fifteen minutes for the flavors to mix.

Serving

This salad is best served with vegetable or dough dishes.
