Green beans with sour milk / yogurt

I have been planning to write this recipe for a long time ... I learned it from my mother-in-law, who grew up in a family rich in ways of preparing food from Boka and Italy, to Vojvodina and Germany, and her sense of cooking is invaluable, a real treasure! :) As far as I've seen, there are similar recipes, but there are none with yogurt, if I skipped a recipe ... um ... let me know! :) This is an ideal side dish with fried meat, although it is also suitable with other variants of steak preparation. Whoever tries, let him have fun! ;)

Preparation steps

  • Fry the onion in olive oil, add the green beans, sauté a little, then sprinkle with red pepper. Simmer a little, then pour water. Cook until the beans are soft and almost all the water has evaporated, reduce the heat to a minimum ....
  • Grate garlic into the cooked green beans, add flour, mix intensively, then pour the yoghurt to the desired density (add a little yoghurt so that it is not too rare later!), Salt, pepper and add the primrose ....

Serving

Note: The dish goes exclusively with, not a mixture of spices!
