Green beans with parmesan

Preparation steps

  • Blanch the beans in salted water for 5-6 minutes. Save a little water, and strain the pods and leave to cool.
  • Cut the garlic into slices and fry in olive oil. When the garlic turns yellow add the beans and stir.
  • Add a little water from cooking beans, parmesan and juice of half a lemon.
  • Stir and cook until water and cheese form a thick and sticky sauce.

Serving

Serve warm.
