Greek Tiramisu

We know that tiramisu is an Italian dessert, but I got the recipe from my dear friend from Greece and that is why I called it Greek tiramisu.

Preparation steps

  • First, make coffee in which you have added two teaspoons of cocoa and leave to cool. In the cold, add 2 teaspoons of liqueur. Add sugar to the egg yolks and beat well with a mixer. Add the mascarpone, 2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur and the previously whipped egg whites. Lightly whisk with a mixer at the lowest speed to combine the ingredients. Put 2 spoons of cream on the bottom of the bowl, then one row of biscuits (21 pieces) dipped in coffee, very briefly (seconds only) with the sugar side down. Then put half of the cream, lightly sprinkle with cocoa, then biscuits and cream again. Leave in the fridge overnight, then sprinkle with cocoa and enjoy with coffee.
