Great semolina biscuits

Fantastic cookies Stuffed with dates, very tasty and when left for a couple of days they are even better.

Preparation steps

  • Sit all the ingredients for the biscuits and knead into a fine smooth dough, wrap in foil and leave in the cold to stand until you prepare the filling. Cut the dates as finely as possible and mix them with almonds, walnuts and jam, mix well.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. Divide the dough into 18-22 equal parts and can depend less on how many cookies you prefer. Running each between the palms in the middle put a small spoonful of filling and close well on the sides. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet (small space in between).
  • Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Store refrigerated in a tightly closed container until use.
