Grapes with pepperoni

I got the recipe from my brother-in-law from Šumadija. Somehow it didn’t go together for me, however when I tried it I was thrilled. It is also great as a decoration for small snacks ... Zorka published a similar recipe, so you can see it here:

Preparation steps

  • In a large bowl, pour water, vinegar, sugar, salt and grapes. From the boiling point, cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Clean the grapes and wash them well, as well as the pepperoni. According to the original recipe, there are 500 g of hot peppers, you can reduce them to taste, if you don't like them too hot.
  • Sterilize the jars (I put them in the microwave for 2 minutes, and that's enough). Arrange the grapes and pepperoni and pour in the mixture. Be sure to put the jar press on top, close it and put it in the pantry.
