Grape liqueur
Whatever type of grapes you use, you won’t go wrong.
Preparation steps
- Wash each grape well and cut it in half.
- Wash the lemon well, grate the rind, cut in half and squeeze the juice.
- In a 2l glass jar, place the grapes, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 cinnamon zests on the bottom and mix well.
- Pour 0.5 l of vodka and 1 dcl of cold boiled water over everything.
- Seal the jar and store in a dark and cool place for a minimum of 4 weeks.
- After 4 weeks strain the liqueur and store in a glass serving bottle
