Grape and cinnamon loaf pudding
Breakfast that you will prepare the night before and just bake it in the morning when you get up, this can also be breakfast for your loved one for Valentino. You can serve it only with cinnamon and sugar or with maple syrup with fresh fruit.
Preparation steps
- Put 3 eggs in a bowl and beat them with a wire, very briefly, add milk, liquid sour cream, half the amount of sugar and vanilla and combine all this with a whisk. Set aside.
- Grease the refractory dish with a little butter or baking spray, then order 6 slices of bread with cinnamon and raisins (with which you previously cut the crust) in a row, to overlap each other a little. This way you will order two rows. The refractory bowl should be about 23cm X 34cm or similar in size and about 4-5cm deep or deeper.
- Pour over half of the milk mixture
- Put cream cheese, 2 pieces of eggs, grated orange peel and the other half of the sugar in the multipractice, combine it all and pour it over the bread.
- Over the cheese mixture, order the remaining 12 pieces of bread, 6 in each row, pour over the remaining milk mixture, but be careful that each piece of bread is soaked.
- Cover with foil and leave overnight, or at least 8 hours, in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, preheat the oven to 175 * C, uncover and bake for about 55 minutes, leave to stand for ten minutes before serving.
- Before serving, sprinkle with mixed sugar and cinnamon or, if desired, with maple syrup and fresh fruit

Serving
If you don’t have this bread, you can use plain toast bread, cut off its crust, sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon mixed with a little sugar and do everything else according to the recipe.
