Grandma's shaggy biscuit

Preparation steps
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour, water and oil into the mixture. Beat the egg whites into a stiff batter and add to the mixture, stirring gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tin. Place in the oven at 180 degrees, 25 minutes. Take it out and prick it with a toothpick to see if it’s over.
- When the biscuit is done, cool it and cut it into shapes as desired, I cut into cubes.
- Melt chocolate, milk, margarine, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and allow to cool slightly.
- Dip sliced biscuit in chocolate and then in coconut. When done, place in the refrigerator to cool.
