Grandma's burnt soup
So easy to make, very often forgotten… Although in these warm days we prefer something refreshing, and at the thought of a hot dish we already "jump" in the shower, this soup, no matter what, I gladly see in my spoon!
Preparation steps
- Make a brown powder from flour, cumin and oil.
- Gradually add about 7 dl of cold water, stir twice and add the rest of the water, but hot. (We add water depending on what density we want.)
- Add salt and cook for about 30 min.
- Towards the end, stirring, add the beaten egg with the parsley, let it cook for another two, three minutes and remove from the heat.
Serving
Fried bread cubes or my crisps go great as a side dish. Good apetite!
