Grancigula soup

Preparation steps

  • We clean the grancigul of grass ... shells and other impurities. Rinse it gently under running water and put it to boil in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. depending on size. Take out the grancigule and use the water for the soup.
  • Chop onions, potatoes, tomatoes and parsley.
  • Put olive oil and chopped vegetables in a suitable bowl. Turn the vegetables on the fire for a few minutes, then add the rice. When the rice is a little fried, add a little strained grancigula soup. We add as much soup as we want our soup to be thick. Taste the saltiness and add salt and pepper if necessary.
