Granadir march with eggplant
There are a lot of recipes with this dish. I ate it for the first time in the hospital and I really liked it. I’ve worked at home a lot of times but now I’ve tried it with eggplants so here’s to sharing it with you.
Preparation steps
- Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and put in salted water to boil. Cook the dough as well
- We put the bacon we baked in the pan until it releases its fat and becomes like chips. Put finely chopped onions and diced eggplants in it. Let’s add very little salt because bacon fat is salty. when done, add the boiled potatoes and batter.
- Mix everything well slowly, add the cooking cream and stir.
Serving
I put some more liquid yogurt on top and sprinkled with parmesan
