this is an old recipe of our grandmothers
Preparation steps
- sauté sliced onion in fat
- add diced potatoes
- mix and add red pepper, salt, and chopped parsley leaf
- pour water straight over the potatoes and cook gently until the potatoes are soft
- meanwhile cook the rags in salted water
- drain the rags and add to the potatoes
- mix together
Serving
this dish is best accompanied by lettuce
