Graham bread
another of my breads, each is different, and yet they are all very similar
Preparation steps
- Put all the ingredients except water in a bowl and mix, with the addition of water with a mixer (spiral dough extensions) make a dough. Prepare a narrow oblong baking sheet, line the baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough to the baking sheet. Leave the dough in the tin in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes. When the dough is risen, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- After that, bake the bread in the oven for 50 minutes at 180oC. At the end of baking, take the bread out of the tin and remove the baking paper and wrap it in a kitchen towel or put it in a linen bag to cool well. When the bread has cooled, store it in a bag.
- You can stir it after the first lift and then bake it ... it will be lighter!
