This is my mother's recipe, the best recipe for the best and softest sweet pastries .... enjoy

Preparation steps

  • Personally, I use a bread maker when making dough, but only because my kitchen is old and my work surface is only 35 cm wide, and my rolling pin is bigger than that haha, so we can't stretch and pull and smear everything ...
  • The recipe is very simple and for beginners. It can be made with fresh yeast and the one from the bag. Try the yeast with a little warm milk and sugar so that it rises nicely.
  • Mix all other dry ingredients and add wet ones, including the risen yeast, and knead a fine smooth dough / in my case, that part is done by the baker: /
  • The dough needs to be stored in a warm place covered to double. But I know how to mix it lightly after about half an hour and then leave it to stand completely, given the temperature in my apartment, it takes about 1.5 hours to 2
  • I leave this part to you. You can roll out the dough and cut it and then add the filling, or in my simpler way. From that fine angelic mixture of dough * tear off * roll out the pieces in your palms add the filling at least a finger of space because they expand or rise during baking, and be sure to finely coat / coat with melted butter before baking My favorite pan for this is deep in smoke 35x25
  • I get about 16-18 buns from this mixture, depending on the size I make them in, ie how many of us are at home. Put them in a cold oven at 160 * c - This part is great because while you do everything, it's time for cheap electricity and you can bake buns :)

Serving

They are best for us when they are filled with plum jam, especially if it is homemade
