Gnocchi with salmon and arugula
On one occasion, a long time ago, I was at lunch with Boban and since then I have been dizzy with their black salmon gnocchi with arugula; I finally dared to make them myself — in a slightly modified version
Preparation steps
- Bring the gnocchi water to a boil. Salt well.
- Melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion, let it soften, then pour in the cooking cream. When it boils, add fresh cheese, simmer for a few minutes, then add sliced salmon.
- Add and garlic granules. After 5 minutes, add the arugula and cooked gnocchi, turn off the heat, then cover and leave for a few minutes, and serve.
