Gnocchi or Croquettes

this is more of an idea than a real recipe, but maybe it will serve someone :))

Preparation steps

  • When you have mashed potatoes and instead of throwing them away, you can make gnocchi (or croquettes) from it. When the puree has cooled (you can also put it in the fridge a bit), add 1 egg, a little salt and flour (the ratio of flour I can't write all depends on how much puree you have left). Put the flour little by little to get a nice dough not too hard, it must be a little sticky. When you have made the dough, make small rolls out of it and cut the gnocchi.
  • * You can also freeze ready-made gnocchi, so when you have excess mashed potatoes, make gnocchi and freeze them and always have gnocchi at home. * And now, if you want gnocchi, put them in hot water, and if you want croquettes, put them in hot oil . I hope I gave someone a good idea :))))
  • Our favorite croquettes are a little dipped in sugar ... delicious;)
