Gnocchi in cheese and chard sauce
I bought gorgonzola with the aim of making it with it, but I saw that it was spoiled but more than normal :) so hey I remembered I had cheddar which is ideal for sauces and chard like this so I said I was trying to do something :)
Preparation steps
- Boil the chard and when it is cooked, cut it and put it to soften with a little butter.
- During this time, put 1l of cooking cream to boil, grate the cheese and let it thicken a bit. When done add the chopped chard and stir everything.
- Cook the gnocchi in salted water, and when they are done, squeeze them and mix them into the cheese and chard sauce.
- Put all this together in a fireproof dish, grate up some cheese and put it to bake.
