Gnocchi in buđole and arugula sauce

Seemingly incompatible foods came together in a perfect combination. The right dish for all lovers of interesting sauces!

Preparation steps

  • Chop the buđola into pieces. Lightly fry the bujolo in a little butter and olive oil (just to "kill" it). Drizzle it with vodka and flambé if possible. Add the cooking cream and after it boils a little, stir in the finely chopped arugula. Leave on the fire to let the arugula wither. Add pepper if desired. Serve with gnocchi.

Serving

Instead of the whole amount of buđole, it is tastier if half is replaced with cooked ham.
