you can prepare fine gnocchi in bechamel sauce which is additionally spiced with aromatic cheese

Preparation steps

  • first prepare the gnocchi according to the recipe you can see here, fry two tablespoons of flour in a little oil, just a little to change the color, never to turn yellow. pour milk and cook with constant stirring.
  • season the bechamel with vegeta, pepper, some good cheese. I added homemade smoked cheese with hot peppers. I also added a spoonful of cream cheese with herbs. all this in warm bechamel
  • serve gnocchi on a plate, pour over béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh parsley
