Gnocchi (Dumplings) with Nutella
I think it was all said in one word- NUTELLA! :)
Preparation steps
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller slices, put them in a bowl and pour enough water to cover them. Cook over medium heat until completely softened. Remove the potatoes, drain and press through a puree press. Add salt, butter, milk and flour to the resulting puree. Knead a smooth dough - add as much flour until the dough becomes neither too soft nor too hard ... Divide the resulting dough into 10 smaller balls.
- Separate each ball with the palm of your hand and cover it with nutella (you can also use jam, jam, etc.), and shape it into a ball again. Put the gnocchi in boiling water - they are ready when they come to the surface! (I leave them for a few more minutes to cook like that and then take them out).
- I sprinkle cooked gnocchi with crash espresso or sweet chocolate while it is still hot. Good apetite.
