Gluten-free plum dumplings

A few more days of cooking for my celiacs ..

Preparation steps

  • boil the potatoes and peel them
  • using a shredder, chop the potatoes and leave to cool a bit
  • add eggs, salt flour and knead the dough
  • take a piece of dough, put 2 halves of plum on it and wrap the dough around it
  • put in boiling water (salted) and cook for about 15 minutes

Serving

serve with fried crumbs with sugar and cinnamon
