Gluten-free plum dumplings
A few more days of cooking for my celiacs ..
Preparation steps
- boil the potatoes and peel them
- using a shredder, chop the potatoes and leave to cool a bit
- add eggs, salt flour and knead the dough
- take a piece of dough, put 2 halves of plum on it and wrap the dough around it
- put in boiling water (salted) and cook for about 15 minutes
Serving
serve with fried crumbs with sugar and cinnamon
