Gluten-free pancerotes

here's some fast food for gluten-free .. :)

Preparation steps

  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, digo yeast, baking soda and 2 eggs, then add oil, yogurt and water.
  • Knead a smooth dough, divide into balls, roll out on a floured surface and fill as desired. I usually fill them with pizza sauce like cheese, ham, mushrooms.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
