Gingerbread bunnies
This is not a recipe but just an idea of how to make bunnies from honey dough. All it takes is a heart-shaped model, a little skill and patience ..... children and grandchildren will be overjoyed ..... especially if you decorate them together. So try it
Preparation steps
- Knead the gingerbread test. Roll out the dough on a well-floured work surface about 3-4 mm thick. Using a heart-shaped mold and using the sema, make bunnies, place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. I bake them for about seven minutes. at 170 - 180 C. Cool them well and pour a mixture of egg whites and powdered sugar over them the next day.

- I used a heart size of 4.5 cm and the bunnies after baking are about 12 cm high. You can use a larger or smaller model depending on the size of the bunny you like.
