Preparation steps
- Stir in butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Add the prepared yeast, flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Knead a smooth dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then divide into 3 equal parts.
- Bottom of the protvan 40 × 25 cm, line with paper, and roll out one crust. Coat with apricot jam, sprinkle with half of the prepared filling. Put another crust and repeat everything. Put the third crust over it.
- Prick the top crust and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a steamer and pour over the cooled cake. When the icing has set, cut the cake into slices.
