Gavez-nourishing cream
I have been practicing aromatherapy and herbs for the last few years. In the meantime, I have completed my education and obtained a certificate at the American Aromahead Institute in Florida. It is good to have in every household, and it should be kept in the refrigerator because of the risk of spoilage, because this is not an industrial preparation. Preparation steps
- Weigh 10 g of vegetable glycerol into a glass and add 90 g of pure water. Stir and add a full teaspoon of dried comfrey root on top. Cook in a boiling water bath for 10 min.U
- In another cup, dissolve 12 g of comfrey macerate with 4.5 g of Phytocream 2000 emulsifier in a water bath. All of the listed ingredients are available for purchase in "Kemig" stores in Zagreb, or can be ordered through their web shop.
- While the semolina is warming up, strain from the previously prepared comfrey tea and weigh 33 grams.
- Then, with rapid stirring, pour the water into the fatty phase. Both phases must be the same temperature! Once you have combined them, take the liquid cream out of the water bath, and with constant stirring, wait for it to cool. When it becomes thick, you can add 6-7 drops of lavender essential oil to the still lukewarm one, and transfer the lukewarm cream to a threaded box. When completely cooled, close your cream with a zipper, and store in the refrigerator. Make sure that the essential oils you use are exclusively aromatherapy (they are bought from us at Kemig, and not synthetic ones from DM or Lidl!

Use for minor injuries, sore muscles and bones, joints and bumps, and is also great for hemorrhoids.
