Gaspaco

This appetizer, which is very dietary, is very refreshing in these hot days. I like to prepare it, because it is very simple and quick to make.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  • In a blender, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and peppers. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, mashed garlic, cilia, lemon juice, vinegar and mix well.
  • Put the gaspaco in the fridge to cool well.

Serving

Serve with toasted pieces of bread in olive oil with garlic.
