Garfield's Lasagne

Mine only eat lasagna in this way (they are also called "meal ala Garfield" :))), whatever else I give for the proposal they will not, and let it be this time, at least they are preparing quickly and I do not have to lots of "steam" around the stove! :)) Nothing new discovered, classics, beef, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, spices and mange ,, but fine and like Garfield, now you see them, now you don't see them ,,, they disappear in an instant! ;))

Preparation steps

  • Fry the bacon and prosciutto with finely grated carrots on a low heat in heated oil (only half a minute), add the meat and mix until it changes color! Then add the mushrooms that you previously chopped well in a blender (almost like a paste), add acceto balsamico, a little stock and bay leaf, mix! Add the peeled tomatoes, finely chopped and pour the passat over everything, season with the listed spices! Stir until the meat is done and a little excess liquid evaporates!
  • Coat the baking tray in which you will bake the lasagna with butter and pour a little béchamel sauce, arrange a row of dough, fill it with a little béchamel, then the dough again and so on until you run out of ingredients, finish the dough, pour over the béchamel and sprinkle with mixed grated cheeses!
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes covered with foil, remove the foil and let it bake for a little more than 3 minutes!
  • I still chopped bacon on top of myself to bake it, mine don't like it, and it's great for me! :))
