Game stew
It's time for good and strong food, but also a few more drops, and sleepless nights .... for "calling to mind" after a stormy night, this delicious stew that can be prepared a day or two earlier will help you.
Preparation steps
- Cut the boar into cubes of the same size (2x2cm approximately). Add salt and pepper, then add mustard, garlic powder, mineral water, lorber. Mix everything together and leave it to stand for three hours in the marinade in the cold. It is possible to marinate the day before.
- Put chopped onion, oil (or fat), garlic and pepper deeper in the bowl and let it simmer until the water evaporates. Finely chop the root vegetables (we can also grate them) and combine everything with the onion, fry briefly and add the meat from the marinade and Mix everything and let it simmer until the meat releases its water. When the meat releases water, add tomato concentrate, hot pepper, two tablespoons of flour and fry again briefly, then add water with a soup cube and cook on medium heat for about two hours. After that, add red wine and cook for another fifteen minutes.
- At the very end of the last ten minutes. after the wine, add the broccoli flowers and cook until the broccoli is cooked and everything turns into porridge. (goulash)
Serving
You can also make this stew with beef and you can serve it with bread dumplings or mashed potatoes or like me with pasta.
