Preparation steps

  • Biscuit:

  • beat the margarine with the sugar and add the egg yolks one by one
  • mix walnuts with flour
  • melt the chocolate in a steam bath (I do it in the microwave)
  • make solid snow out of egg whites
  • lightly combine everything and bake in a mold with a diameter of 24 cm at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes Cream:
  • eggs beaten with powdered sugar
  • add sliced ​​butter to make it easier to stir
  • finally add the melted chocolate and vanilla sugar
  • Cut the cooled biscuit in half and fill with cream, decorate at your discretion, cake cream, whipped cream, chocolate glaze

... when I make this cake I usually make a double dose and bake it twice, the diameter of my mold is 28 cm.
