Galetta cake with apricots

Preparation steps
- GALETTA CAKE WITH APRICOTS
- Biscuit: 5 eggs 5 tablespoons hot water 160 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar 1 pinch salt 160 g wheat flour 50 g Density of edible starch 1 and a half teaspoons baking powder
- Stuffing: 1). 750 g apricots 2 packs of light cake topping 2-3 tablespoons apricot jam
- ) 2 packs of vanilla-flavored Galette 350 ml cold milk 500 ml (1/2 l) sweet cream
- Coating: 400 ml sweet cream 1 pack Kremfix whipping cream hardener 1 pack vanilla sugar
- For the dough with a hand mixer, beat the eggs and water with a whisk at maximum speed for one minute. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, add during that minute and stir for another 2 minutes. Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder. Sift half on the egg custard and stir on the lowest speed. Stir in the remaining flour mixture in the same way. Pour the dough into a cake tin (diameter 26 cm, greased and lined with greaseproof paper) and push the mold onto the rack in the oven. (I baked twice - once a thinner biscuit, and the other is thicker, so I cut it and got three biscuits together)
- Electric oven: 180o C (preheated) Hot air oven: 160o C (preheated) Gas: stage 2-3 (preheated) Baking time: about 25-30 minutes
- Carefully separate the biscuit from the mold and turn it over on the cookie rack previously lined with greaseproof paper. Allow to cool. Then carefully separate the greaseproof paper that was baked together with the cake. Place the bottom sheet of the cake on the cake tray and place a cake ring or cleaned ring of cake tins around it.
- For the filling, wash and drain the apricots, then remove them. Make a puree and cook, stirring constantly, add a couple of teaspoons of apricot jam and when it boils, add the topping that was previously diluted with 3 tablespoons of water. Stir everything together for another 1-2 mins Allow to cool slightly. Prepare Galetta by pouring it into a bowl with the amount of medicine listed here and stirring. Then make sweet cream and add Galetta and mixer to the preparation. Mix everything a little more until the filling is even. Filling method: BISCUITS-APRICOT STUFFING-GALETTE STUFFING WITH LIKE CREAM Arrange like this until you have the ingredients.
