Prrrrhke meringue crust with walnuts, fantastic cooked cream, and a pleasure you haven't felt in a long time :) Trust me, you will have to put a padlock on the fridge :) :)
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites, add the sugar and finally the walnuts and bread crumbs, which you mix lightly with a spoon.
- Place the baking paper in the oven-sized baking dish and spread the meringue mixture on it. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the vanilla, flour and milk and bring to the boil until it thickens.
- Add butter to the cooled cream.
- Cut the meringue crust in half into two parts and put one in a smaller pan that fits and you don't have to. Coat with cream, cover with another crust and cool well. Enjoy.
