Preparation steps

  • Mix olive oil with four chopped garlic cloves, parsley and sliced ​​basil.
  • Cook the fuži in a little salted water and drain.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and remove the garlic. Add the fuži, sprinkle with Natur, pour over the prepared mixture of olive oil, basil, parsley and garlic and mix everything well.
  • Return the pan with the fuži to the heat and heat everything briefly (2-3 minutes).

Serving

Serve with grated parmesan.

Advice

You can prepare a mixture of olive oil, garlic, parsley and basil in larger quantities. If you keep the mixture in a cool place, you can use it as an addition to other dishes.
