Fuži alla bianco
Our good Istrian fuži in this episode dress "in white". The simple topping of olive oil and herbs is enriched with the natural aroma of garlic, which left a fragrant and aromatic trace.
Preparation steps
- Mix olive oil with four chopped garlic cloves, parsley and sliced basil.
- Cook the fuži in a little salted water and drain.
- In a large frying pan, briefly fry the cleaned and quartered garlic cloves in heated oil.
- Remove the pan from the heat and remove the garlic. Add the fuži, sprinkle with Natur, pour over the prepared mixture of olive oil, basil, parsley and garlic and mix everything well.
- Return the pan with the fuži to the heat and heat everything briefly (2-3 minutes).
Serving
Serve with grated parmesan.
Advice
You can prepare a mixture of olive oil, garlic, parsley and basil in larger quantities. If you keep the mixture in a cool place, you can use it as an addition to other dishes.
