"Funny" pumpkin pie

Preparation steps
- Stuffing:
- Mix the pumpkin cubes with the sugar and pour in very little milk and boil over a low heat until completely soft. If necessary, mash a little more. Add walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla and cool.
- Dough:
- Rub butter and flour well, add sugar, eggs and a little water and knead a smooth, soft but firm dough. Separate one third for the "lid" and roll the rest into a circle of 1 cm. thickness and transfer to a lightly greased mold so that the edges protrude slightly out of the mold (if necessary, shorten the edges and add excess dough for the “lid”).
- Refrigerate for ten minutes.
- During this time, roll out the second part of the dough in a circle and make three holes for the eyes and mouth with a round cup
- Take the dough mold out of the fridge and fill it with the filling
- Carefully cover with punched dough
- Nicely join the edges and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about an hour.
- Sprinkle warm with powdered sugar
