Inspired by an old recipe with my minor modifications. :) It is made quickly and eats even faster! :) The listed measures are for a smaller quantity!

Preparation steps

  • Pour yeast and sugar into the heated milk and let it rise. Pour into a larger bowl in which you will make the dough, then add oil, eggs, lemon zest and combine well. Slowly add the flour until you get a smooth dough. I also added a portion of homemade corn flour. Leave for about 1/2 hour to rise. Divide the dough into two parts and develop two crusts from which you will get two joints. Fill with jam and sprinkle with raisins. Then wrap and bake at 180C. Pleasant !!! :)
