Fruit and nut pralines
While working for the Cadbury company, of all the mighty chocolates that were made, I only liked to eat a piece of this chocolate and it was so fresh, when they came out of the mold.
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the dried fruit, if your fruit is very dry, you can soak it in warm water or rum and leave it to soften. Drain the liquid. Fry the almonds a little in a dry pan and chop finely.
- Put the chocolate in a pan and melt it at a low temperature, and you can also use a microwave ... I melted it in a pan. Add finely chopped dried fruit and almonds to the melted chocolate and mix everything well.
- Fill the molds with the chocolate mixture and lightly tap the mold on the table so that as many bubbles as possible come out and the chocolate settles better in the mold. Leave in the refrigerator to solidify the mass. Carefully squeeze the cooled and squeezed pralines out of the mold, put them in paper baskets and serve. The amount of laundry depends on the size of the mold.
- Pleasant !!!
Serving
In the factory, this type of chocolate was made in huge quantities and usually the raisins were not chopped, but whole grains were placed, which were necessarily mixed with density, so that the raisins do not stick to each other, of course I did not do that, because I I used raisins in a very small amount and I chopped them.
